  • Place 500g of angel hair chaara pasta in a bowl.
  • Add 5 to 6 tablespoons of oil and mix well
  • Place the extra-fine angel hair in a couscoussier and let it steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Remove the couscoussier from the heat and pour about 2 liters of boiling salted water over the extra-fine angel hair, then drain immediately.
  • Place the extra-fine angel hair in a bowl, aerate and separate the hair, then wrap with a clean towel and let cool.
  • Place the angel hair back in the couscoussier and steam for another 15 minutes. Pour the angel hair into a container, using a fork to aerate it, and separate it again.
  • Before serving, reheat the angel hair in the steamer.
